This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner fair price shop No.27 of Kapavaram Village, Peravali Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.), on instructions, submitted that the respondents are supplying essential commodities to the petitioner fair price shop No.27 of Kapavaram Village, Peravali Mandal, West Godavari District, and she was also kept as in-charge of shop No.45. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
