This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.3 and A.4 in C.C.No.104 of 2014 on the file of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Chittoor, Chittoor District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 18.01.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
