HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO. 1674 OF 2007 ORDER:

Petitioner herein is the complainant. He filed this Criminal Revision Case challenging the order of acquittal, acquitting the second respondent-Accused herein, dated 5.11.2007 made in Criminal Appeal No. 129 of 2007, which is filed against the sentence and order dated 30.3.2007 in C.C.No. 144 of 2004 passed by the VI Additional Munsif Magistrate, Guntur. The second respondent-Accused is said to have died on 3.2.2013 and death certificate to that effect is filed. In view of the death of the second respondent-Accused, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
