THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7036 OF 2013 O R D E R :

The petitioners filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to appoint Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Social Security Services) in their District as Project Director of National Child Labour Projects (NCLP).

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had informed the Court that the District Collector had appointed the Nodal Officers to discharge the duties of National Child Labour Projects. With the appointment of Nodal Officers by the District Collector, the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved and the learned counsel for the petitioners has also not disputed the same. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
