This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 14-07-2014 passed in WPMP.No.24011 of 2014 in W.P.No.19156 of 2014 granting interim suspension of the order dated 27-06-2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.V. Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and also the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 1st respondent stated that since the main writ petition itself is disposed of, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt case, as the contempt case is filed against the interim direction passed in the main writ petition and the same is disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the said statement, the Contempt Case is closed.
