Registry to number the criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by virtue of this order as taken as such and before admission, disposed of with the following order:

The conviction judgment of the trial Court, including pending appeal, stated unnumbered, thereby pending disposal of the said appeal also, the trial Court's conviction judgment for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act dated 13.10.2016 of simple imprisonment for one year and compensation of Rs.1,00,00,000/- with simple interest thereon at 9% per annum from the date of judgment till payment of the compensation amount, to the complainant, with default sentence of simple imprisonment for six months by granting one month's time therein, is totally suspended, subject to execution of self bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties and also subject to payment or deposit of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Criminal petition is, accordingly, allowed.
