This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused to suspend the operation of the order dated 20.01.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Suryapet in so far as the condition to deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- in the trial Court within 30 days is concerned. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the t t record
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Suryapet directing the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees three lakhs only) before the trial Court within one month from the date of order i.e., 20.0L.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to garner the said amount and requests time of another four weeks for depositing the said amount.
5. Accordingly, the time mentioned in the order dated 20.0t.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.l of 2023 for depositing the compensation amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is extended till 20.03.2023. There shall be no further extension of time for depositing the said amount.
