THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 32640 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant by respondent No.3 vide proceedings, dated 07.01.2013. While so, he was placed under suspension by proceedings, dated nil.08.2015 and when the enquiry is not completed and no final orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed seeking reinstatement into service. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that no final orders have been passed. In the circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
