This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.827 of 2017 of Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 15.05.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject case, which was numbered as C.C.No.922 of 2018, ended in acquittal on 18.03.2019.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
