This writ petition has become infructuous in view of the filing of the subsequent writ petition challenging the rejection order passed in pursuance of the interim order passed in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
