HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.773 of 2015 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since both the parties i.e., the complainant and the Accused have compromised the matter in Lok Adalat on 11.02.2017 in C.C.No.420 of 2014, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
