Impugning the proceedings dated 13/09/2017 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 2257 of 2017 in Crime No. 65 of 2017 of Excise Police Station, Secunderabad, while granting interim custody of the vehicle bearing No. TS-09-ER-0050 [make Grand i-10 ] to the extent of imposing the condition of executing personal bond of Rs.6,00,000/- [Rs. Six lakhs only] with one surety for the like sum of the satisfaction of the said court, the petitioner/owner of the vehicle, filed this quash petition.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent-State in opposing the same. Perused the First Information Report, impugned order and quash petition averments.

3. A perusal of the First Information Report, impugned order and quash petition averments no way entitles this Court to quash the proceedings dated 13/09/2017 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 2257 of 2017 in Crime No. 65 of 2017 of Excise Police Station, Secunderabad, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order dated 13-09-2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.MP.No. 2257 of 2017.

4. Accordingly and in the result, the criminal petition is dismissed before admission.
