This Criminal Petition is filed under section 439 [1] Cr.P.C., read with section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the V-Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-V-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.

Nagar, Ranga Reddy district in the order dated 25-01-2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.190 of 2019 in Crl.MP.No. 113 of 2019 in Crime No.232 of 2018 of WPS Saroornagar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district.

2. Heard Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent/State and perused the order impugned in this criminal petition.

3. The petitioner is shown as Senior Research Associate in M/s. Syngene International Limited at Bangalore, from the difficulty to attend every Sunday before the Station House Officer, W.P.S. Saroornagar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, the order to attend every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet passed in Crl.MP.No. 190 of 2019 dated 25/1/2019 is modified to attend on every first Sunday and also as and when required by the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station for the purpose of investigation not only till the filing of the charge

sheet but also till the end of trial on every first Sunday for assurance of availability.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the order dated 25-1-2019 passed by the V-Additional Metropolitan Magstrate-cum-V-Additional Civil Judge, Cyberbad Crl.MP.No.190 of 2019 in Crl.MP.No. 113 of 2019 in Crime No.232 of 2018 of WPS Saroornagar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, be and is hereby set aside.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
