06.04.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to Condition No.iii imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.1393 of 2026, dated 23.02.2026, pertaining to appearance of the petitioner/accused No.2 before the Investigating Officer.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the condition No.iii imposed against the petitioner i.e., petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., for a period of 8 weeks or till the filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier, and thereafter, as and when required, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/accused No.2 shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
