HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4916 of 2005 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging the order dated 18.05.2005 in I.A.No.35 of 2003 in L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2003 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

2. I.A.No.35 of 2003 is filed for claiming separate compensation for the land, tube wells and structures thereon and the trial Court closed the said application on 18.05.2005 as the main L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2003 has been disposed of. Revision petitioner herein preferred L.A.A.S.No.1432 of 2005 before this Court, challenging the order in L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2003 and this Court by an order dated 28.04.2014 dismissed L.A.A.S.No.1432 of 2005 confirming the award of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor. In view of the dismissal of L.A.A.S.No.1432 of 2005, present revision has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
