OFFICE NOTE 12.02.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed under the caption 'for being mentioned' praying this Court to rectify the typographical errors crept in, in order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.1644 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are couple of typographical errors in the order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.1644 of 2025 viz., accused number, crime number and the name of the concerned police station in paragraph No.1, and the name of the concerned police station in condition No. (i) of paragraph No.6.

Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and on considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this application, correcting the

MAIN CASE No. Crl.P.No.1644 OF 2025 typographical errors crept in, in order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.1644 of 2025.

In view thereof, paragraph No.1 of the order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.1644 of 2025 is modified and corrected, and the same reads as under:

"This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.5 in FIR.No.275 of 2024 on the file of the Bibinagar Police Station, Yadadri Bhongir District."

As consequence, the condition No.(i) in paragraph No.6 reads as under:

"The petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Bibinagar Police Station, Yadadri Bhongir District, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release him on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two

MAIN CASE No. Crl.P.No.1644 OF 2025 sureties, for like sum each."

Accordingly, the application is ordered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue amended copy.
