This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act challenging the judgment and award, dated 24.02.2006 passed in M.V.O.P.No.501 of 2005 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Warangal. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
