In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
