THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3008 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the application filed by the petitioner herein for impleadment in O.S.No.147 of 2012 is considered by the Civil Court and the same was allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to prosecute the said suit.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
