When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted to 27.01.2023. On 27.01.2023 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in morning and afternoon sessions, to give one opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was posted to 13.02.2023.

On 15.02.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 17.02.2023. On 17.02.2023, also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, to give final opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was posted to 21.02.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". 3.

Inspite of listing the matter twice under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
