THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION Nos.758 and 759 of 2016 COMON ORDER:

Transfer C.M.P. No.758 of 2016 is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.102 of 2014 from the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District and transfer the same to the Family Court, Guntur. 2.

Transfer C.M.P. No.759 of 2016 is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw G.W.O.P. No.56 of 2015 from the file of the Court of VIII Additional District Judge, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District and transfer the same to the Family Court, Guntur. 3.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the Transfer Petitions may be allowed. They also submit that the transferee court may be directed to dispose of the matters as early as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main cases. 5.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.Ps are allowed. The Family Court, Guntur is hereby directed to dispose of the O.Ps as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these transfer petitions shall stand closed.
