THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.25345 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the show cause notice issued by the third respondent through his proceedings in R.No.1782/2016/A by withdrawing the cheque drawing power of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition and to that effect she also filed a letter dt.16.08.2016 before the Registry. Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law. No costs.
