Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records from the respondents and issue an appropriate Writ, order or Direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the Show Cause Notice for Termination from service issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.E1/101(1)/2015-JN, dated 01-07-2015, received on 07-07-2015 as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, discriminatory, in violation of principles of natural justice, amounts to unfair labour practice, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and grant all consequential benefits.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 15-07-2015, 07-08-2015 & 13-08-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A.K. Jayaprakash Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri B.

Interim order granted earlier shall stand extended by one more week.
