HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.30599 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri G.Tuhin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home (AP). It is the case of the petitioners that they lodged a complaint on 17.07.2017 alleging that respondent Nos.6 and 7 are interfering with their agricultural operations; and, in spite of the same, no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence the writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, would submit that, verification of record reveals that no complaint has been received from the petitioners, as alleged, either with the Station House Officer or with the Superintendent of Police.

Having considered the respective submissions and, in as much as there is denial of receiving complaint of the petitioners, they are at liberty to despatch the complaint dated 17.07.2017 through registered post which shall be taken on record by the Station House Officer, Dagadarthi Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, and take necessary steps to redress their grievance in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
