THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3161 OF 2013 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 3, and the learned standing counsel for the respondent No.4. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to grant an order direction or writ more so in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in issuing letter dated 5-12013 bearing letter No. 9/ AFRCRA/ 2012-13/ 1 cancelling the admissions of 32 students is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 19, 29 and 30 of Constitution of India apart from violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue the aforesaid 28 students affected by the impugned order in the B. Tech Engineering Course which is being conducted by the petitioner college from the Academic year of 2011-12 till they complete the engineering course" .
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that by virtue of interim order passed by this Court on 04.02.2013, no further orders are required in the writ petition since the students have already completed their graduation course and left the college.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive for adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
