Heard both sides at length.

2) As it is the duty of the lower Court to dispose of I.A. No.654 of 2014 long pending with it and under the guise of suit to be taken up for trial, the Court cannot keep the I.A in cold storage. 3) Having regard to the above, the revision is disposed of before admission, directing the lower Court to dispose of I.A. No.654 of 2014 in O.S. No.395 of 2014 on its own merits, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of this order, after hearing both sides. No order as to costs.

4) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
