When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the Writ Petition is dismissed for default against the 2nd respondent, vide orders dated 18.08.2010 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the Writ Petition. The petitioner is challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal in M.P.No.30/99 in I.D.No.10/98, dated 03.12.2001. 2.

Since Writ Petition against 2nd respondent is already dismissed for default, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
