HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4922 OF 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.134 of 2011 on the file of Central Crime Station Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 425 and 506 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 24.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Central Crime Station Police Station, Hyderabad City and submitted that after completion of enquiry, charge sheet has been filed before the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and C.C.No.130 of 2013 was registered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.134 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
