Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering their representation dt.27.12.2017 for appointing them in the post of Shift Operators in the 2nd respondent-Organization.

Sri Zakir Ali Danish, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the petitioners' representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dt.27.12.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
