THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 25437 of 2011 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this case was as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities in investigating Crime No.185 of 2011 on the file of Mattewada Police Station, Warangal Urban, Warangal District.
Relying on the written instructions dated 12.06.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mattewada, Warangal Uban, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that upon the complaint made by the petitioner, Crime No.185 of 2011 was registered under Sections 323, 365 and 506 IPC r/w 34 IPC and upon due investigation, a final report was filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C., to the effect that the case was false.
In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police is shown to be without basis. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the final conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, it is for him to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
