D. Raghupathi v. The District Educational Officer

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.3049 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, the writ petitioner is reinstated and continuing as VRA in the office of respondent No.4 and in view of the compliance of the order no further action is required, therefore requests to close the writ petition.

Mr. Mukhram Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II submits that in view of the compliance of the order of this Court, the writ petitioner is being reinstated and concedes to close the writ petition.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsels, this Court is inclined to close the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
