The criminal petition is disposed of before admission from hearing by giving liberty to the petitioner/A.2 to approach the trial Court with personal appearance and file application for recall of the warrant under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C., for the learned Magistrate to consider by obtaining bond as contemplated by Section 88/89 Cr.P.C. for his future due appearance if not obtained and if at all obtained by imposing penalty on earlier bond to recall.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
