The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the revision petition and requested to post the revision petition under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
