THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3120 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not conducting survey in respect of the land in an extent of Acs.4.85 cents in Survey No.281/1 situated at Elamandyam Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that though the petitioner has not submitted any application, the application submitted by one J.Ravindranath Reddy was taken into consideration and the Surveyor inspected the land on 16.12.2016 and submitted a report to the Tahsildar stating that the applicant has not produced any documentary evidence and there is no enjoyment on the ground. The applicant's name also does not reflect in the revenue records. Accordingly, an endorsement, dated 29.01.2018 was issued to the applicant. The present position of the land is as follows.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the copy of the endorsement, dated 29.01.2018 was not received by

the said applicant also. If that is so, the third respondent shall communicate the same to the applicant.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 14.02.2018 pln
