I.A.No.1 of 2026 This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 13.02.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.1409 of 2026 regarding furnishing two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each by reducing the same and also for producing of sureties before the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally instead of Station House Officer, Shalibanda.

Heard both sides, Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to reduce only the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- each to Rs.10,000/- each. Hence, the surety amount of Rs.25,000/- each is replaced with Rs.10,000/- each in the order dated 13.02.2026 and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
