This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 07.11.2014 passed in Crl.MP.No.213 of 2014 in C.C.No.362 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law.

3. The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
