Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an Order, Direction or Writ and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on part of the respondents No.1 to 3 in not taking steps to curb the menace and nuisance being created in the locality of the residence of the petitioner by the respondent No.4 of running wine shop along with sitting room in residential area at Plot No.HIG-541, Ground Floor, Phase-VI, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, and of not answering the complaints of the petitioner dated 02/12/2019, 31/12/2019 and 08/01/2020, as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, violative of the rights of the petitioner as granted under different statutes etc.

and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to register the case on the complaints of the petitioner to make investigation, take action therein, to cancel the license given to the respondent No.4 etc., in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the orders passed by the District Prohibition and Excise Offcier, Medchal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, vide Cr.No.E1/1664/2019, dated 19.02.2020.

From the perusal of the said orders, it is evident that the complaints lodged by the petitioner have been considered and orders have been passed. In the orders, it is mentioned that A-4 shop, i.e.

M/s.Sai Ganesh Wines, situated at VI Phase, Plot No.HIG-541, Ground Floor, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, is as per the rules laid down in the Telangana Excise Act, 1968, and is in conformity with Rule 25 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of Licence of Selling by Shop and Conditions of Licence) Rules, 2012 (Telangana Adoption Order, 2015). However, instructions have been issued to the Station House Officer, Balanagar, to keep strict vigil over the said A-4 shop to ensure no illegal activities take place.

In the light of the said orders, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if he is aggrieved by the orders passed by the District Prohibition and Excise Offcier, Medchal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, vide Cr.No.E1/1664/2019, dated 19.02.2020. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
