It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on the earlier occasions i.e, on 14.06.2018, 21.06.2018, 29.06.2018 and 05.07.2018 none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner, and hence, the matter is directed to be listed under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the writ petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf both in the pre-lunch as well as post-lunch sessions. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
