This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 05.01.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.4007 of 2010 in Original Suit No.668 of 2010 by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereunder the petition filed by the petitioner herein under Order XV-A of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to direct the respondents herein to deposit arrears of rent from June, 2010 to November, 2010 and continue to pay the rent, was allowed.

As per the information received by this Court through ecourts website, the main suit was disposed of on 16.04.2013 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
