THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3024 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 01.02.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Boothpur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the said written instructions, on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, on 20.01.2018, a requisition was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jadcherla seeking to accord permission, under Section 155 (2) Cr.P.C. It is further stated that the said Court accorded permission to investigate the noncognizable case vide Dis.No.444/2018, dated 01.02.2018, and directed the police to submit a report by 06.03.2018. It is further stated that a detailed enquiry report will be submitted before the Court below on or before 06.03.2018. Having regard to the above instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing the said written instructions on record.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
