Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of plot bearing No.446, in Sy.Nos.11/8 to 11/11 at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-Operative Housing Society, Khanamet Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. While undertaking construction of apartment complex in the said plot, petitioner entered into an agreement with the Central Power Distribution Company Ltd., for supply of high tension electrical connection for a period of two years and the same was accordingly, provided. According to petitioner the construction of building is now completed. Earlier petitioner filed W.P.No.36085 of 2018 to grant electrical connection with individual meters. Orders are passed on 05.10.2018 in the said writ petition directing the respondents to release individual connections. Accordingly application was made to provide individual meters. As the high tension power supply connection is not dismantled, petitioner filed application on 07.02.2019 to dismantle the existing high tension electrical connection. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel fairly submits

- 3 - that some time limit may be fixed for considering the application of the petitioner dated 15.02.2019.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents-TSSPDCL, to consider the application made on 15.02.2019 for dismantling the H.T Service connection and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
