This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in not considering the representations of the petitioners dt.05.11.2012 and 12.11.2012 with regard to unauthorized construction alleged to have been made by respondent No.3 by encroaching 0.21⁄2 cents of Gramakhntam land in Sy.No.439 of Chinnavalasa Village of Vajrapukottur Mandal, Srikakulam District.

In view of passage of time of five years, the respondent No.3 might have completed the construction. It is for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to protect the land of the Government and at this length of time, this Court cannot issue any direction and it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
