HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8858 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to A5 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.190 of 2013 of Meerpet P.S, Cyberabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 379, 447, 120B IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 12.07.2017 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Meerpet P.S, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case has been referred as "lack of evidence" and final report was filed before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.
