In spite of such adjournment, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has not appeared, and there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner having taken time to this day, did not show any interest to prosecute this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, interim stay granted on 23.8.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.7748 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
