HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3619 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not conducting a survey in respect of the land in Survey No.188 of Madinaguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, for the purpose of fixing of boundary stones therein. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an online application on 14.9.2018 and was promised that necessary action would be taken within 45 working days. Having received such an application, it is not open to the revenue authorities to remain somnolent. In the event the authorities require any further documentation, it is for them to call upon the petitioner to make good any shortcomings.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the application dated 14.9.2018 submitted by the petitioner for conducting a survey of the subject land and fixing of boundaries therein. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
