This Criminal Petition is filed, by the petitioner/ accused No. 2, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in NDPS S.C.No.121 of 2017 on the file of the Special Judge for trial of NDPS cases-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of NDPS S.C.No.121 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, is hereby directed to dispose of NDPS S.C.No.121 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
