THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6507 of 2005 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the second respondentInsurance Company challenging the judgment and award dated 23.6.2005 in O.P. No.1493 of 2001 on the file of the Mtoro Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Nizamabad, wherein and whereby the second respondent was directed to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.9,500/- with proportionate costs and interest at 9% per annum from the date of petition till the date of realisation.

2. On 17.3.2015, this Court passed the following order: "Learned counsel for petitioner(s)/appellant(s) shall file substitute service petition against respondent No.1 within four weeks.

Failing which, petition/appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court as against respondent No.1."

In spite of the orders of this court, the revision petitioner failed to file substituted service petition. This revision petition is of the year 2005. In the above circumstances, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
