HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34264 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for second respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in trying to install 220 KV transformers and lay high tension lines through the lands of the petitioners by raising huge towers, without following due process of law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No.24331 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No.24331 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
