THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37663 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner was an employee of the State Bank of Hyderabad. The punishment of compulsory retirement from the service of the bank was imposed on the petitioner by the third respondent on 15.09.2016. Petitioner questioned the same by filing an appeal on 24.10.2016 before the second respondent. Petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent for early disposal of the said appeal.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the appeal dated 24.10.2016 filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 15.09.2016 of the third respondent, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
