HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3724 of 2017 ORDER:

It is a successive bail application filed on behalf of petitioner/A.3 seeking regular bail in Cr.No.94 of 2016 Yeleswaram Police Station, East Godavari District. Suffice to say that his earlier bail applications in Crl.P.Nos.866 of 2017 and 16484 of 2016 were dismissed for the reasons mentioned therein. There are no changed circumstances to grant bail to him.

However, considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 19-7-2016 and that the N.D.P.S. S.C.No. 72 of 2017 is coming up for framing of the charges, the trial court is directed to dispose of the said Sessions Case in accordance with law expeditiously. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
